The Company may modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to access the Services. Users who register for accounts or upload user-generated content must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
The Company makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
The Services may be used only for lawful purposes related to the use of Company-provided educational and streaming materials. You agree not to:

All digital products and subscriptions are non-refundable.

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, videos, text, graphics, and software associated with the Services are the exclusive property of Finding North Education or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Services or content.
The Services may allow you to share content through third-party platforms. Your use of those services is governed solely by their respective terms and policies.
If the Services include downloadable or embedded software or applications, the Company grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such software solely in connection with the Services.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, or use the software for any unauthorized purpose.
The Company may update or modify the software at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a written notice including the following:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
The location of the allegedly infringing material.
Your contact information.
A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Company does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your account, transactions, and marketing, in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of New York.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without the Company’s prior written consent.
